STEADFAST

Steadfast is a gravity modular retaining wall system designed to be used in situations where you do not have sufficient room to reinforce with geogrid. These precast gravity systems can be fully erected and backfilled afterwarsd. Systems use coil rods within modular precast units to compress and lock in the modular units.

 

  • Can go up to 6m without the use of grid.

  • Ideal for use in cut situations or property line constraints. 

  • Precast gravity system that can be fully erected and backfilled after. No restrictions on backfill, ie. can use coarse angular fill.

  • Behaves similar to a cast-in-place wall but has the flexibility of modular units. 

  • Concrete facing options are available along with custom facings.

 

Unique Installation Features
Extra-large base plate acting as a cantilever once the wall blocks are attached. 


Blocks are bolted and post tensioned (4000ps1 or 30kips) to the base resulting in a wall system which functions like a cast-in-place concrete wall. (With minimal wall displacement).


On taller walls one or more relief shelves can be incorporated into the block stack, thereby substantially reducing the lateral active pressure on the wall. (thrust from active soil wedge can be reduced by up to 40%)


The patented board and batten surface feature look automatically allows inside, or outside miter turns up to 90 degrees.


Once the footing plates are installed the blocks can immediately be stacked, bolted and backfilled. This prompt backfilling negates the need for shoring or other worker safety provisions behind the wall.

GEOBAG SYSTEMS

Vegetated Geobag MSE Wall Systems and reinforced vegetated slopes are used in building green infrastructure that follows the natural landscape such as retaining walls, roadway & trail systems, stream banks, flood protection and stormwater structures. Geobag walls are an economical engineered retaining wall solution and effective at preventing future erosion from wave and high flow scour.

SLEEVE-ITS

A pre-engineered fence post anchoring solution for enhancing below-grade foundational stability in fences placed on top of a segmental retaining wall (SRW).

SOUNDWALL SYSTEM

Sound barrier wall systems limit the transmission of sound between two adjoining environments or can reduce road noise. Systems can be absorptive using superior acoustic insulation to reduce unwanted noise or reflective blocking and returning unwanted noise. These systems meet various aesthetics expectations and are easily maintained.


PVC profiles installed between galvanized steel columns resting on several types of supports. The design is such that the system meets all design loads ensuring a durability of more than 50 years. These products meet AASHTO requirements for Sound Barrier Wall Systems.
